RISK DOMAIN 04: ETHICS

The Right to a Private Mind.

Privacy is not about hiding what you've done. It's about protecting who you are becoming. If you cannot think in private, you cannot be free.

Are you the user, or are you the training data?

THREAT VECTORS

Mental Self-Determination

You have a right to your own internal monologue. You have a right to wonder about something without an algorithm using that data to try and sell to you or influence you.

The Extended Mind

Our phones are now part of our brains. We think through them. Therefore, looking into our phone's activity is ethically the same as peering into our biological thoughts.
