We exist within the digital infrastructure we analyze. As such, this site utilizes standard performance telemetry (Google Analytics, Squarespace Analytics) to monitor traffic volume and site health.
The Distinction: We track aggregate patterns, not individual cognition. We look at numbers, not people.
The Promise: We do not use "session replay" tools to watch your mouse movements. We do not use cross-site retargeting pixels to follow you around the internet. We do not sell data to brokers.

This site is designed to be a static resource, not an extraction engine.
No Accounts: There is no login, no profile creation, and no identity verification.
No Interrogation: We do not use chatbots or "interactive assessments" designed to harvest your inputs.
Passive Access: You can read our research without handing over your identity.

No Newsletters: We do not maintain a marketing database. We will never spam you.
Direct Contact: If you email the Director, your address remains in a secure, encrypted Google Workspace inbox solely for the purpose of a direct reply.

SCOPE OF ADVISORY
The Cognitive Privacy Project is a research and strategic advisory institute.
Strategic, Not Legal: We provide risk assessments, architectural audits, and governance frameworks. We do not provide legal counsel or compliance certification (legal advice should be sought from a qualified attorney).
Operational Independence: We maintain strict vendor neutrality. We do not accept commissions from software vendors or infrastructure providers. Our recommendations are based solely on cognitive security principles.
CONFIDENTIALITY PROTOCOL
Default Non-Disclosure: All inquiries and advisory sessions are treated with strict confidentiality by default.
Confidential Advisory: Specific risk assessments and internal audits are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose these engagements without permission.
Public Affiliations: Institutional roles (Advisory Roles, Board positions, Editorial columns) are listed transparently to establish provenance and avoid conflicts of interest.

Research: The frameworks and terminology defined on this site are the intellectual property of The Cognitive Privacy Project.
Usage: You may cite our definitions with attribution. Commercial reproduction of our frameworks requires a licensing agreement.
